Charity benefits

All charities within the UK who look after animals who have abandoned and mistreated, can receive high product rebates when working with PBG.

Maximising Savings and Controlling Costs

Savings from PBG’s supplier network

For charitable organisations in the UK, our partnership offers a number of compelling benefits. These include competitive management fees, high manufacturer rebates and access to valuable discounts with our third party partners.

With the support of our experienced team of Practice Support Managers, PBG work alongside charities to highlight increased levels of savings through our ‘Better Buy’ reports and by also identifying services that can add value to the charity while being offered at discounted rates.

As all charities have to focus on cost, PBG is a valuable partner in this process.

Benefits for charitable organisations

The team at PBG is passionate about supporting charities across the UK and membership with us carries a wide range of benefits for charitable organisations in pet and animal care.

Better Buying

Charities don’t often have the time to review their product choices and savings, so PBG will do a better buying exercise to identify options for our members which if they action would increase their savings.

Competitive management fees

When working with charities, PBG offers the perfect balance of high manufacturer rebates and very competitive management fees. The work that charities do is valuable and inspiring, so we work hard to give as much benefit as we can to our members in this sector.

Practice Support Managers (PSMs)

With charities often having small administration teams supported by a team of volunteers, the amount of work can often be overwhelming. We have experienced PSMs who can guide, advise and take some of the stress away.

Investment in our Member Portal

Our new member’s portal goes live in January 2024 and is designed to be a resource for the charities we work with. Our portal has different permission levels meaning the administrator at each charity can determine who sees the buying group statements, the net net pricing tool, manufacturer information, details of our additional services and CPD provision.

Crucially it means that those who work at the charities in PBG’s member base have access to information which will save them both time and money.
